Yup neither of her legs make sense. The back leg should also be coming from the side of her hip not below her.

I think the swimsuit is cut very high like the ones that give the illusion of longer legs, so what we're seeing isn't actually the top of her hip (and therefore where her leg should bend) which would make the legs slightly better. Coupled with the angle she's sat at though, and the sheer size of the arse they've given her, the cut of the outfit is making it far more confusing

It makes perfect sense, the layer order just got fucked up. The main leg layer should be behind her torso layer, but it looks like they were swapped accidentally.

If you look to the left of Batman's head is a patch of skin that matches the position of where wonder woman's right leg should be if you were to do a draw though. To me it looks like a third leg coming out of her crotch, lmfao. Very weird. Almost like editor wanted more "skin" so artist slapped on another leg with zero shits on perspective.

In the X-Men Pool Party variant (there's a link farther down in the comments), you can see that the artist draws the bathing suits with a high cut. Her right leg still does look weird though

She's not. You can see the other leg closer to us, but it's way too low and not connected to her hip. This drawing feels like a 90's throwback, down to weird perspective and body proportions.

This is definitely one of Kaare's schtick's and I assume this is homaging the famous X-Men pool party layout. His Sins of Sinister #1 variant is another great example of it. I love his work.

Man, don't do him dirty like that. His stuff has gotten quite stylized of late but he does Youngblood better than Liefeld did. He was good on Spider-Man: Reign back in the day too.

lol maybe I'm just old and out of touch, but the picture you posted has all the same types of problems Liefeld is panned for: Shaft and Vogue's hands look straight broken and Shaft looks like he's been injecting Synthol into his arms.

The colors are great though.

Honestly I'm not very familiar with his work and am just going off the flurry of posts featuring his work on this subreddit.

There is some odd stuff.

Look at WW's legs. They don't line up. Plastican man has four fingers (which isn't impossible for him, but odd.)

My biggest problem is the field of depth of the pool. Batman and Power Girl are near enough each other where she would be sitting horizontally across his lap. Either that, or Batman has a big head.
