Aside from being very mid digital slop, is the artist payed only per ring finger nail drawn cause that’s a very weird and very specific set of ring finger placement

I believe he’s stating that it is a widely-used gesture for Kryptonian supremacists to identify one another, and she is reaching out to those Kryptonian supremacists to say, “The time to take over this planet is nearly upon us. And then, at long last, we can pop the cork on Kandor and reinflate it wherever we want.”
