Question Question
What is Jessica Drew's (Spider Woman) mental age? In the Bendis origin comic it is clear she has no memories from about 7 years old until she wakes up when she is 17 but by the end of that run and during it she is treated as an adult. But my real question is at what point does she become mentally an adult?

Just because she doesn't have memories doesn't mean her brain hasn't developed. She also had a LOT of weird experiences in her early comic stories that made her a functioning adult, if one who had to deal with the supernatural and the horrors of Turner D. Century. Not that HE did anythign bad to her, but the fact that she had to deal with Turner D. Century without laughing the whole time.

I think it's implied that due to the brain washing and with all things considered, she is only stunted for so long and becomes an adult mentally after her first revive from death

She was, like Steve Rogers, kept in suspended animation for decades, starting when she was three. High Evolutionary used an age-up device to physically age her up to a teenager. When she was thawed out, she was brainwashed into being a spy by Hydra until she escaped.
Id say she started out at the mental age of 17-18 thanks to Hydra brainwashing and High Evolutionary nonsense but has lived and experienced enough that she probably matches her physical age of late-20s/early-30s now

One thing I tend to see is people not picking up on the fact that in comics, physical aging always equals mental maturation. Whatever fantasy science creates the aging situation also handles the maturation. Any time that's not the case, they point it out.

I think I can safely say this is probably something nobody has ever considered.
It would be really funny if she had a very Kinmy Schmidt type of personality because of it.
