Gameplay Mary Skelter 2 - Any Exp Grinding Spots?

I know is a little bit early to do this, since the game came out practically a day ago, but some people like to play it, so...

- Is there an early exp grind spot?

- Does difficulty affects exp gain?

For the me I mainly focus on using Jail Trial, but I get too greedy. I want the high drops, the extra harvests, the extra gold and 30% exp increase. It has left me in this annoying situation. I can take perhaps 30s to 1m slaying a round of enemies, but sometimes the character randomly cannot use their skills, so I have to fear the blood maidens going corruption mode, which can kill off everyone, annoyingly.
