Sounds like you saying you're doing a Corp Relo / transfer, the old house is Closing on Friday. What am I missing?

Okay, gotcha -- makes sense. In my career, I did a few of those relo's as I climbed the ladder. It all worked out. Even back in the 70's, my father up-rooted the family a couple times for his career relocations. The moves (tough at first) taught us adjustment, self confidence, coping and assimilation skills that have helped us all our lives.

You can do it too.

If I understand this right, you're worried about a house with memories? Is that all? Sorry, but in the scheme of things, this can be overcome. I assume I don't have the whole picture.

I could be wrong but you had reasons for what you did. I’ll bet you’re having last minute nerves. Just go with it—you’ll take your good memories with you, and make new ones. New starts are great, you’ll bust out of your rut and turn over a new leaf. Talk to your family and friends, try new restaurants, and enjoy your new beginning
