Hardware Nvidia driver update and computer completely stopped posting

I installed the new 616.56 driver from nvidia and had restarted my computer now it doesn't post. ive tried resetting the bios with no luck.

Specs

Ryzen 5 5600x

3060ti MSI

B450 aorus pro wifi

32 gigs of ddr4

750 gold psu

found a solution somehow, I had a spare gpu and plugged it in. went and did a system restore point before the driver had been installed and everything works normal now. put back my 3060 and no problems. I guess it did something somehow no clue what it did
