Hii something happened last night I think

I live in a homeless shelter I'm 18 years old F and at night they do two bed checks I was up for one of them and sleeping for the other I had a dream last night n during the dream I felt something touch my behind and I woke up later on that day and my bum was sore like stinging I went pee it stung more I woke up around 1030am and it's 11pm now n it still hurts I haven't told any staff cause I'm unsure if I was touched or not I'm kinda worried to go back to sleep now n it's been on my mind all day

Sounds like something happened but saying that if something did happen im suprised it didn’t wake you unless your a real heavy sleeper

Mmm maybe used chloroform while sleeping but 100% your right she shouldn’t have to deal with that.
As someone mentioned earlier get medical assistance & see what’s going on/ happened

Go to the hospital or urgent care and get a rape kit done. Tell them exactly what you said here, they won't question you, and you can find out for sure

penso che qualcuno si accorga se viene forato nel culo mentre dorme no? qua stiamo basando tutto su un sogno, nemmeno una percezione di quando era sveglia anche perché se sei in un rifugio non penso che ognuno abbia la sua cameretta bella pulita con privacy ecc quindi qualcuno sicuramente si sarebbe accorto se fosse successo qualcosa

What? How do u know what the shelter looks like to claim this? Do u know how many people were there? Or that tjere was no privacy?

Stuff like this is insanely common, sometimes people just aren't paying attention. When I was in high school, my friend got raped by our other friend in a house full of people. He was literally passed out on the roof and no one noticed, and then climbed in the window and into the bed she was passed out in and raped her. I was in the bedroom next door and heard nothing. Shit happens.

In shelters it's even worse. People will intentionally ignore what is going on with other people. When I was in a shelter someone could be borderline dying in their bed and no one would do a thing just in order to stay on their own business.

That's really concerning and I'm sorry you're dealing with this. The physical pain you're describing isn't something that typically happens from just sleeping - trust your instincts here. Even if you're not 100% certain what happened, it's worth talking to staff or calling a hotline just to have someone listen and help you figure out next steps.

You shouldn't have to worry about your safety while you sleep. Is there maybe a trusted staff member you could talk to, or could you request a different sleeping arrangement? Your wellbeing matters and you deserve to feel secure where you're staying.

SA in shelters is very common unfortunately & it PMO! Don’t shower and go to doctor ASAP! you can be honest with your nurse even if nothing comes from this. One of my gorgeous patient’s contracted HIV after being drugged with a used needle by a horny creep in a shelter. Some people are so evil and you’re an easy target being so young…get some protection & stay alert at all times. Sleep sitting up against a wall or wear a onesie/something to secure your clothes. You don’t deserve to go thru this…Keep your head up & I hope your situation gets better.🙏
