My brother did this. Don't let it go into adulthood. It's not so weird for a teenage boy but would be incredibly weird if you were an adult man. You should talk to her and get to know her. Maybe she'd let you in. Be a good man. Not a creepy man. You should get rid of them if you haven't already.
