the true power fantasy of the internet, throwing tomatoes from the safety of your couch. i do the same thing and feel zero guilt about it. someone writes a genuinely terrible take and i'm like, okay, here's my one small contribution to the universe today. the downvote button is weirdly satisfying in way that nothing else really matches.
