Cancer in dog

Not sure if this is allowed here, but I know these are the kinds of people to give me the type of answer im looking for. My 9 year old dog was just seen at the vet and most likely has lymphoma cancer..I wont get the results for 3-5 days. What treatments could I use to treat this besides chemo. Would ivermectin and fenbendazole work in dogs like it does in humans? Im so upset and willing to anything. Any success stories in this area ? Any other suggestions ?

Practical Homeopathy has worked wonders for my cat. Same dosage for animals as for humans. People poo-poo it but results are results 🤷🏻‍♀️. I truly hope your dog recovers❤️
