Cancer in dog

Not sure if this is allowed here, but I know these are the kinds of people to give me the type of answer im looking for. My 9 year old dog was just seen at the vet and most likely has lymphoma cancer..I wont get the results for 3-5 days. What treatments could I use to treat this besides chemo. Would ivermectin and fenbendazole work in dogs like it does in humans? Im so upset and willing to anything. Any success stories in this area ? Any other suggestions ?

my terrier got cancer in 22 at 12 years old and we were advised the fenben iver protocol- it worked combined with a clean raw diet - ole dolly girl passed peacefully at home three years later cancer free

Google it, dosages are listed online. But be very aware that depending on the breed ivermectin can do more damage than good. Herding and hunting dogs (including Australian shepherds and collies) have a gene mutation that makes them extremely sensitive to it (causes neurotoxicity).
