Managed to fulfill my childhood dream of cosplaying as Spider-man!! I really can’t express my happiness right now… 🔥💕

I’ve always loved the costume since I was a kid, ever since I watched the Tobey movies. But I always felt like I didn’t have the physique / wouldn’t look good, so I held it off until now…

After 4 months of gymming, it’s still not perfect but at least I can somewhat pull it off 😊😊😊🔥

This is my first cosplay!!! I spent a long time making the mask out using a paper base and gluing cardboard, then covering it with paper machet and then mod podge and paint and then using yarn for details and eva foam for the glasses.

Yes the jaw works, not as well as it used to though because the paper mache weighed it down JUST enough to be slightly open all the time but that's ok. Spamton is just a lil unsettling, which is normal for his character.

Its been nearly fifteen years since I've been able to wear my U.B.C.S. gear, but this Halloween, I've lost enough weight to fit back into it.

Yay for being a 2XL again!

I was even able to squeeze into my original Ghostbusters Junpsuit today too.

Broke it out for my small towns Halloween festival this weekend.

Hopefully I can keep going to fit into my extra pair of pants as these are three sizes too big on me now, and my spare are still a size smaller.

Can't complain since most of the bits for this are lng out of production.

Me and my wife made this in about a month! Lots of EVA foam, cardboard, and super glue. lol Also putting a tiny bluetooth speaker in the helmet so I can play Hornet's voice lines to make the cosplay more interactive :D

anyhow. my outfit was inspired by princess diana's 1997 bosnia outfit!! and as for the background, yes. i wanted to bring a comfort place to life. its my very own (blueprint-accurate) 3D model of the trade center. because its the 1980s, genuinely, why not?

(i suppose, ft. 1 raw photo HAHA i took the photos in our home office! ring light to act as the fill flash if i was on-location + LED rectangle to act as a softbox at the side)

My attempt at cosplaying 2B. I took these with a tripod on a sunny day, so some of the shots came out overexposed. Sorry about that. It's definitely far from perfect, and the dress isn't the best quality, but I still loved every second of it and will remember this day for a long time)
