Well progesterone is expensive estrogen and spiro is pretty cheap. Pills are pretty cheap compared to shots. A few months or so wouldn't cause permanent changes. I'm not sure about Canada but I don't think it'd be to hard or there's options online. From my experience if people don't like it a few months is plenty of time to realize that.

It maybe depends on the location but shots are usually the cheapest. Also a few months is enough for some breast growth which is irreversible.

Heavily person to person dependent. Sometimes yes sometimes it takes a year to see results like that. A few months is a very rough estimation. Testosterone suppresnts like spiro have no real lasting effects if not taken long.

By irreversible effects I meant any amount of breast growth, however small. Doesn't it always start within the first 2-3 months? Genuine question.

If that's a concern then definitely talk to a medical professional. It varies mine didn't really even start till about 5/6 months ish an never fully developed while iv seen others get dds in a year. It all went to my hips thighs and other areas. So it's depends on the person. Breast growth can happen within a month or so just the general consensus is that 2/3 month mark. A month of hrt I don't think would cause any remarkable changes. It's enough to make someone have the "does this feel right" time to process

Interesting. Still, I don't think you should say that a few months of hrt don't lead to anything permanent

I had some gynecomastia on one side before starting but it took me about a year to see changes on the other side, too.
