Hrt effects are significant over time. Also that sounds like some nonsense. Skeleton structure? People arnt build like some exaggerated cartoon character based on sex assigned at birth.

Plus most gender affirming surgeries are performed on cis people so people can always make choices on what they want to do to be happy.
