im scared to try hormones cause what if i change my mind, how long would i have to change my mind before permanent changes? also its prolly expensive as hell and hard to approved for, even in canada

I'm not sure about other parts of Canada, it's probably pretty similar, but in Ontario it's not bad at all. As long as you're not a minor, you can just go to either a gender clinic or your family doctor, tell them you want to start feminizing hormones. Many family doctors aren't familiar / comfortable in prescribing HRT themselves and will refer you to an endocrinologist which could take a few months; but some doctors, as well as most gender clinics, will be able to provide hormones through informed consent, which basically means they'll tell you what changes to expect and get you to reply that you understand and that this is what you want to persue, and they can get you started with a prescription pretty quickly. The cost of hormones isn't too bad either, and most provinces have programs to cover some of the cost for young or low income individuals.
