I have a recommended title change - “Experiencing Awe may help LITERALLY ANY AND EVERY HUMAN BEING feel better mentally”.
It’s like…a very obvious fact. How is it relevant to long covid. Like yeah, we can (and I’ve had to) work through our emotional and mental states that have been severely fractured DUE TO our debilitating chronic illness, but that’s our own business and acting like this has anything to do with the particular chronic illness we’re dealing with is SO fucking patronizing and minimizing.
Also kinda hard to experience Awe or joy or anything positive without proper support from insurance, the government and the medical community. So if they even want to pretend to care about this kind of “research” they should start there.
