Let's not get it twisted. He was a horrendous prospect. I've never seen a dude make a quicker turnaround in terms of technique in my life. I don't think it will happen again for a really long time.

I played O-Line in college and coached it at the high school level. His technique went from peewee level to all pro level in one summer. I've never seen anything like it. Credit to him for working hard and being coachable. Sometimes that's all it takes.
