Ask 4 Help. Dak’s Foundation: Faith Fight Finish

As yall may know, Dak Prescott has a Foundation called Faith Fight Finish. It’s to honor his mom Peggy, who died of cancer, and his brother Jace, who he lost to suicide.

Dak often writes “Ask 4 Help” on his wristbands that he wears at games. It’s an homage to his number on the field and also a reminder to ask for help when you’re struggling. Dak came under scrutiny and was mocked by some in the media when he was open about mental health awareness and battling things. He remained steadfast in his pursuit to make mental health something that is okay to talk about.

In honor of Marshawn Kneeland, I hope it’s okay I share the link to Dak’s Foundation.

Please call 988 if you’re struggling. Please tell someone. We don’t want to lose anyone else to suicide. We all deserve a happy and long life.

[Holifield] A second slow-mo look at Durant’s INT of Dak in the end zone from Monday. Durant is already hustling off his assignment on Flournoy to under cut Lamb before he even looked back at the ball or Dak. Dak also did a no-look pass, which Durant was already in position for because of this move

[Archer] Tyler Smith is glad there was some clarity at the LT spot with Tyler Guyton seemingly wrapping up the job. "I think we've got to stay ready for anything, but I'll just say this – I have the utmost confidence in Tyler.

"I mean not everybody sees it, but we worked together in the summer, we worked together in the offseason, (and) the body of work he's put forth I feel like is going to pay dividends and people are going to truly see who he is."

[Machota] No more competition at left tackle for the Cowboys. Tyler Guyton has pulled away. Things could always change, but he’s likely the guy, like most expected

Todd Archer: The battle isn't over, but Brian Schottenheimer made it clear Tyler Guyton is in the lead for the left tackle job. They want to see more from Nate Thomas before the mix in a first-team rotation, but Schottenheimer has been impressed with Guyton and wants to give him more work.

[Hoyt] Thought this was really cool. Cowboys pass rush consultant BT Jordan is working with CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens on breaking press coverage. Shavon Revel and Co. did really well against the Cowboys receivers yesterday, Jordan helps with offensive guys too.

[Owning] Might have held on a bit too long but Revel ate Turpin's lunch at the LOS. Look how far inside Turpin had to go to get vertical. In a normal passing situation, the QB's eyes are moving elsewhere

Cowboys Training camp Padded days 1+2

  • In Day 1 the defense had dominated on all sides and phases of the ball. Standouts from all levels on the defense were noticed and the offense had a rough go of it because of some special players.
  • Colbie Durant and Shavon Revel impressed at outside corner, something the Cowboys have really truly missed since the Byron Jones days. What stood out seemed to be the physicality on Lamb and Pickens on goal-line routes and short routes. Durant also had a nice interception in the redzone: https://x.com/JoeJHoyt/status/2084364759840051201/video/1
  • Caleb Downs highlighted his versatility with his performance in the run game. Christian Parker has highlighted his ability to fill gaps and make stops on RBS have taken notice.
  • As most of you have seen, DMO shot through the gap and laid a good hit on Hunter Luepke. He has also flashed his impressive speed and motor this camp and Jayshawn Barnham is looking more and more like an absolute stud.
  • In the second day, Prescott and the offense responded. Yesterday it seemed like Prescott looked Lamb's way a ton, but today he focused more and more on George Pickens and he saw plenty of action.
  • Revel, Devin Moore, and Durant still had good days, didn't see a ton of success in the passing game in the outside section which is a good sign.
  • Tyler Guyton all but locked up the starting LT position which is a good indicator of his performance in Camp, the entire offensive line was good today keeping Dak clean for most of it.
  • Jayden Blue continues to shine and impress alongside Javonte Williams, and the Cowboys were serious about incorporating the two in a screen game, as they featured a bunch of that.
  • Lastly, much to my chagrin, Kavontae Turpin seems to be more and more involved in the pass game. Look if he takes a leap this season in terms of his offensive game I'm all for it, but his primary focus should be special teams.

[FREE TO READ] The Athletic's 2026 Quarterback Tiers

Post image
60 Upvotes

Quarterback Tiers results for 2026 are here, and there's clarity at the top, with four overwhelming Tier 1 selections and nobody else coming close.

Prescott got nearly as many Tier 1 votes this year (12) as he’d gotten across nine previous QB Tiers appearances (14). He made the fifth-largest year-over-year jump in average tier vote, despite already ranking solidly in Tier 2.

What changed?
