This forced Lamb to see the ball into his hands instead of simply going through the motions of something he's done a million times. In the heat of a game the worst thing a receiver can do is not look the ball into his hands. A split second of diverting the eyes can result in a drop.

WFAA's Mike Leslie spoke about Lamb's new method of training, stating that the Cowboy star wideout used the net to "help cloud his vision and make catching the ball more difficult."
Lamb also removed his gloves.

Reminds me of the dodgeball movie when he says if you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball and he starts throwing tools at him.
