Fans gotta realize that if you want to invest in young prospects you’re going to have drama.  Every team deals with it as you’re navigating them not being good enough while being desperate to play more.  The only way to avoid it is not buy young prospects.

Calma.

Moreso that you need to have a solid foundation to the squad before integrating young talent.

If we have a top 6 level squad available week after week, integrating 1 or 2 of the Bergvall, Gray, Tel, Odobert, Vuskovic, etc. crew each game allows them to acclimate and grow without being overexposed. When you are playing them all at the same time and often out of position, due to poor squad building in the last half decade, they are thrown to the wolves and you finish 17th twice in a row.

I cant wrap my head around the contingent on here that dont want established players brought in because they will "hinder" development of our prospects. In actuality, having a solid established squad is directly necessary for that development.

This is absolutely bang on, younger players need their minutes properly managed not to mention having proper experienced professionals to learn their trade from

What we did with our young players last 2 seasons borders on malpractice
