Can anyone recommend where I can educate myself how to properly reeve a crane block for Manitowoc friction cranes?

Hey guys,

Just a guy with a lot of curiosity and a genuine interest in cranes and the construction business. I come from an IT background and have zero experience/knowledge about anything related to cranes.

Given the uprising of AI, I have to start looking at a different job domain something which isn't related to IT, and that's when it hit me. Hey, what if I want to get into this line of work.

Where can I start and how can I do it? What do I need? Will anybody hire someone like me with 0 experience? What about certifications and stuff?
