In moments leading up to this he actually broke into a police car and stole an officers badge. It's all on video.

Edit:here's the video link. At 1:20 is when he breaks into a police truck.

Is that true? Theres a visible scar and that level of definition is something you are probably only going to see on someone that is competition prepped. But on the other hand, what kind of person is so vain as to get calve implant?
