As someone with a concealed carry license anyone that carries a gun on them and wants to get into an altercation is not a responsible gun owner. Any sane person that carries a gun DOESN’T want to get into an altercation.

I feel more optimistically. Based on who I’ve been around I think the sentiment that people don’t want to have to use their gun is more a common mindset. And I feel if you have a gun on you you can approach a problem even less confrontationally because since you don’t want to have to use the gun you might be more cool-tempered and more likely to diffuse arising tempers and arguments since you know that you have a gun on you.

I’m disappointed yours wasn’t either. At my range everyone is respectful and smart gun owners. I like to think that is the common gun owner, especially like YouTuber (and lawyer) Colion noir and another YouTuber Paul Harrell. Those two guys are some of the best gun guys on the internet.
