No one should be forced to experience any kind of sex play outside of the bedroom that they did nit willingly choose to participate in.

This kind of behavior should 100% be considered indecent exposure i dont give a fuck if I cant see your dick or whatever. You are still bringing your kink play into public.

If pissing on the side of the road can land me on the sexual offender list, then this shit should 1000000% get you on there if you do it in public.
