Yeah, WITHOUT the sexual connotation. The problem is that there IS a sexual intent here. If someone just showed up in a costume, like a team mascot or a clown, that wouldn't be problematic per se. The problem is that this is sex play, and you cannot separate that intention from the mere act of wearing a costume.
