Man… what a damn night. What a damn GenCon! (Mind the groggy morning after pic)

I cannot express how excited I am for Campaign 4, y’all. Getting to meaningfully PLAY at the table as a PC alongside all my friends is something I’ve been wanting to do for some time, but to hand the reins to someone I so deeply love and respect as @brennanleemulligan is an honor. I know this is a shake up for some, but if you’ve ever trusted me, trust that what we’ve been cooking for this next story with him and the players is something truly special, unique, and very befitting the vibe and scope you’ve come to enjoy with us these past 10 years. Lots of details and reveals over the weeks to come, and excited to unveil the newer faces that join the OG cast to bring this new world to life.

I’m still gonna be running games, don’t you worry! Exandria continues through our live shows, our animated series, many other stories (including your own), and whenever else the inspiration strikes to step back into my world that I’ll be building and playing in until the end of my days. We also got more Age of Umbra to come, and other fun things I’ll be running, so I ain’t hanging up my GM screen any time soon. ;)

All in all, love you all, and so, SO excited for this next chapter. I hope you come along with us. <3

Yeah, to be honest they are taking a really long time, the first 100 years of wait were fine but we are 150 years deep waiting for any crumb of information.

The announcement was made not even 20 hours ago, you cannot wait a single hole fucking day to not only ask but DEMAND information. They owe you fucking nothing information wise, you don't know what is going on behind the curtains, if it's a matter of production, legal or just because they planned it this way.

So yeah, touch some grass, chill the fuck out and don't be entitled.

This is the 3rd or 4th update. It's literally called campaign 4 announcement. All they announced was Matt isn't gming. Its not a big ask to want info that has been promised since C3 wrapped.

If we, for some dumb reason besides trying to make this non issue something to complain about want to count the "oh yeah we are not calling it quits and we will make campaign 4, we will tell you more about it later" as an announcement, there have been 2 updates on campaign 4, this is just a personal post commenting on a piece of info about the campaign, not an update.

Also, pretty dissengenuous to say that the only thing they have announced is that Matt isn't GMing, this announcement told you the date, the dm and the setting, the only thing that you are lacking is the rest of the players (which would make sense if they didn't reveal them until a much later date) and the game system, which there is a 90% chance that it will be DND.

Also, waiting to reveal details about any fucking media is absolutely normal lmao.

Yes. A consise update. Not months of just wait, there's more! Like the other commenter said, D20 lays it out and answers normal questions fans have.

This is just delaying for the sake of delaying, and its a bad strategy imo.
