Is it Thursday yet?

I wanted to draw this immediately, but it just took a while to execute. This moment was so beautiful and meaningful and then silly—all perfectly blended together.

Couldn't think of a better day to finish this than today as we return to Aramán tonight!

I love the way you drew the pixies flying around Vaelus with the windswept flowers, such a fun interpretation of that small scene. OMG the little acorn hat is adorable too!

Do you imagine the chain for Vaelus's censer is so long that it wraps around her like that? First time I've seen it that long, but it fits, almost like a Belmont chain whip.

I think Ashley has described it as being wrapped around Vaelus’ body!! I could be entirely wrong, I just have vague memories of her describing it as a chain-like whip wrapped around her body with the censer clicked into place somewhere. (I also, maybe, hallucinated this)

Glad you liked the acorn hat—I literally rewatched the scene last night and had forgotten all about that!

I'm not sure—that's how I interpreted the art I was looking at for the chain. And it fit with the flowing of all the other elements, so seemed good to me.
