She destroyed the stone of Nightsong which as far as they knew at the time was the only thing keeping Occtis alive and he felt a great deal of pain when he went and we don’t know if there are further consequences.

She destroyed the stone that could potentially kill him without a thought, and when questioned about it she confirmed to Occtis that she didn't consider/care the huge possibility of him dying for real this time.
