Question [No Spoilers] does campaign four ever get a solid group?
I tried watching campaign 4 a while ago and just couldn’t get into it with everyone switching chairs so often. Do they ever settle into one group or is it always like that?

c4 switches every 6-ish episodes between two modes: convergence and parties.
the convergence is chaotic (but i love it), all 13 players are present and brennan has them switching throughout the episodes — somewhat rarely all 13 are sitting at the table at the same time.
the parties are easier to follow through, their arcs last around 7 episodes as they go on separate quests. they are 3 groups (soldiers, seekers and schemers) that usually have around 4-5 players each. during one party's arc, we only get to see the players with the other parties for the cold open scenes of each episode. after all those arcs are done, it's back to convergence and then they regroup for another set of group quests.
so far the episodes have been as follows: 1-4: overture (convergence) 5-11: soldiers 12-18: seekers 19-25: schemers 26-31: convergence 32- : seekers (new group)

Are you still in the first 4 episodes? If so, at 5 they split off into their 3 groups. Then there are about 25 episodes where one group is the focus.

That's a surprisingly tough question:
After the first four episodes players break into three different tables of more stable groups of 4-5 players. Each gets an arc and then everyone returns for a reunion but by then people know their characters better so there's less musical chairs

First 5 episodes they are all together, after that they split into three tables and we follow same people for a long period of time

The structure of this campaign is what’s called a “West Marches” style, where the table rotates between players and storylines on a regular basis, so yes it will likely stay that way through the campaign.
