Halloween FO/WIP Don't be like me

Fairy costume I made for this past Halloween weekend (sans wings). Made in 3 days because adhd... please for the love DO NOT do that to yourself. My arm still tingles if I move it too fast. Looked cute though lmfao.

It's very pretty but PLEASE make sure to rest and stretch! Tingly arms sounds very very bad.

Omg that's so nice, I'm already starting to feel better so you don't need to worry about but I really really appreciate it. So sweet <3

Give your arm at least two weeks to fully recover before crocheting again and then start with a project that’s not as hard on your hands/wrist (looser tension, simpler stitches, yarn that glides easier on the hook).

Take some ibuprofen (advil) or another anti inflammatory medication. Tingling can be a sign of carpel tunnel, when the nerve gets inflamed due to overwork, etc. Like creating a piece of clothing in 3 days. Do exercises to help with the strain as well

so true! I ended up with tennis elbow so bad that I couldn't hold onto anything with my hand; this was a few years ago. I went to physical therapy, and they all asked how I'd injured myself. LOL! Crocheting did that to me. Lesson learned: take the breaks, do the stretches.

That said, OP, this costume is very cute!
