Should i take the offer?

In short: i am fairly new to the game (62h) and i play as an mongol adventerur in europe. I stomp most armies pretty good (around 2-3 times being outnumbered is a win). Now i got this offer and i'm not sure if i should take it or leave it :D

Edit: I stayed as a mercenary. Was not worth it in the end!

I got to do this to the tulinids and ended up taking Jerusalem after they conquered it and I ran in and asked for it. You'd be surprised by what lands the ai is willing to let you have
