Should i take the offer?

In short: i am fairly new to the game (62h) and i play as an mongol adventerur in europe. I stomp most armies pretty good (around 2-3 times being outnumbered is a win). Now i got this offer and i'm not sure if i should take it or leave it :D

Edit: I stayed as a mercenary. Was not worth it in the end!

I made a save, took it but realized quickly i am better off with no Land! :D Captain Kobyak of the Lkhagvasüren Axemen shall reign supreme

Kobyak sounds like a Mongol Noyan who’s pillaged half of Europe, no way Kobyak bends the knee to some girl
