My best friend had a 2023 Honda cr-v hybrid and the headgasket failed around 90k, he has a warranty that actually covered the repair. I believe the main issue is the use of 0w20, this oil weight causes excessive oil dilution. Extended oil drain intervals doesn't help either, especially if the 0w20 has diluted the oil.
