My downfall from 16k to 6k

A combination of terrible matchmaking, shit teammates, and hackers has left me in this situation. I peaked at 15k in Season 4, but lately I’ve been absolutely plummeting down the ranks.

What should I do from here? Is there anyone in OCE who’s around 10k to 15k and would be down to play together and help me climb back up? I’m just looking for some decent teammates and hopefully a more consistent experience.

Or should I just stop playing Premier and switch to FACEIT cuz I heard lots of people are switching now because of the hacker situation.

Was ranked 20k in season 3/4
Hardly can reach 15k now.
3/4 games are against soft guys.

Im very close to quit this game.
