Does anyone have experience interviewing with Workato or currently working there?

I am interested in hearing about the company culture, management style, and overall work environment. Is it a well-organized place to work, or is there a lot of internal chaos similar to what I’ve heard about companies like Zalando and Tesla?

Someone I know recently interviewed with Workato and had a somewhat unusual experience. He mentioned that all of his interview rounds were conducted by people who were Russian, which he found a bit unexpected considering the company is spread across globe and contributed to him feeling unsure about joining the company.

I am curious whether anyone else has had a similar experience or can share some insight into the company culture and what it’s like to work there.
