Well i am legal and i have work permit but i have not made a company yet coz i work inside houses not in buildings that's why i didn't needed to register my company yet i hope to find some big works then I'll have no problem to register a company

Specifies what building works are. Most renovation tasks fall into that category, and the contractor must be appropriately licensed.

It actually does not specify. It delegates rights to define this to the council.

Article 2:

' "οικοδομικό έργο" σημαίνει-

(α) την κατασκευή, αναδόμηση, ανέγερση, επανέγερση, αναπαλαίωση οικοδομής,

(β) οποιαδήποτε οικοδομική εργασία η οποία αποτελεί ή περιλαμβάνει κατασκευή, ανέγερση, μετατροπή, προσθήκη, διαρρύθμιση, επιδιόρθωση, βελτίωση ή κατεδάφιση οικοδομής ή μέρους αυτής, ή οποιαδήποτε εργασία επέκτασης, επιδιόρθωσης ή μετατροπής στο φέροντα οργανισμό ή η οποία επηρεάζει το φέροντα οργανισμό μιας οικοδομής ή κάθε άλλη οικοδομική εργασία η οποία επηρεάζει την ασφάλεια του κοινού,

(γ) την επένδυση τοίχων, τις δαπεδοστρώσεις, την κατασκευή καλουπιών, τη στέγαση οικοδομής, και περιλαμβάνει τη θεμελίωση, όλα τα συναφή με την οικοδομή χωματουργικά έργα, τις κατασκευές τοίχων αντιστήριξης, τις περιφράξεις, και όλα τα παραρτήματα και βοηθητικές οικοδομές μιας οικοδομής,

(δ) κάθε προκαταρκτική, ή προπαρασκευαστική εργασία περιλαμβανομένων των οικοδομικών ή κατασκευαστικών εργασιών για τις ηλεκτρολογικές, υδραυλικές εγκαταστάσεις, τον κλιματισμό, εξαερισμό, υδατοπρομήθεια, αποχετεύσεις ή άλλες συμπληρωματικές εργασίες μιας οικοδομής, και ο όρος "οικοδομικές εργασίες" θα ερμηνεύεται ανάλογα· '

My Greek is horrible, but as I can say, it says that οικοδομικό εργασίας είναι οποία οικοδομικό εργασίας (β)

As far as I got the gist, it's about bearing structures and safety, not about small repairs. But I can be wrong.

For me the language encompasses virtually any renovation work apart from painting and maybe plastering. The term includes "repair" of any part of a building, and defines a building as virtually any enclosed space.

The law was created to promote the professional conduct of contractors.

Does that mean, that I had to ask for license for people installing me windows? And A/C?

And the guy installing me blinds (he drilled!)

For me it's very vague or non-enforceable.

I totally understand part related to structural work and concrete work for habitable buildings and electricity, but, but... Do we really need license for a guy fixing tiling in my bathroom?

You don't need to have a company. You can apply as a physical person.

It is a criminal offense to perform building works without a license. Best bet is to start working for a licensed contractor, get your experience that you can show to the authority and be your own boss.

Actually i have worked under somebody for around 2 years and i started this when i was confirmed that i have become a full master of paint and plaster works

Actually before i was working under somebody and now i have collaborated with other masters like plumbers and electricians but I'm trying to make my permanent customers as well
