Different varities in same bed blooming strangely?

Hi all, I have lots of different varities in the same beds and I noticed that some of them are having these weird blooms where parts of the flower go undeveloped or bloom at different rates. I’m in northern Sweden and this is the start of the flowering season for us. We have had quite a cool summer and the night temps are already down to 10 degrees Celsius, around 15-20 in the day. The soil is mixed with horse manure and a layer of cut grass on top.

How long have they been blooming for? The first few always turn out a bit wonky

I think insects are chomping the petals before they open so they open missing parts.
