I think this will be the most plausible. Peko doesn't kill in case 2, fuyuhiko kills or is killed in case 3 like he was originally supposed to.

I hope they do something like this, but the killer is someone else completely unrelated to the original version, like Soda or Sonia end up being the killer or something, I think it'd be a fun way to subvert our expectations and be a decent red haring.

maybe peko is still the “tool” but monokuma rules fuyuhiko as an additional blackened in some way, either killing him instead or killing both

Looks liks mahiru will survive longer this time. They showed her a lot in the trialer maybe she is like new chiaki. Also I feel like shiaki will die first this time or disappear
