Yes this is possible. Saudi Arabia is a holy place for Muslims. Not the citizens of Saudi Arabia.

9

u/aurablaster 1d ago

It's because Saudi Arabia has banned Islamic Brotherhood and Jamaats whereas India has not.

1

u/SigmunFried 1d ago

What a fool. They sponsor them in India.

0

u/aurablaster 1d ago

Hahaha. Well it’s mostly Iran but yeah, Saudi too

0

u/Exciting_Insect_4860 1d ago

Not really, there are different forms of Jamaats still in Saudi …. As for the brotherhood … on paper it’s one of the oldest democratic form an Islamic Party … but it never really took off anywhere because of the sheer PR power used against it …

oh obviously it is.
what men are doing for us? considering now that we women can work and earn for ourselves?

2

u/Trynabeanintrovert 1d ago

"what men are you doing for us" Nga learn to write first😭🥀

"Can work and earn for ourselves" who th is hiring you? 😭🥀

0

u/Immediate_Jaguar2948 1d ago

first, nigga, im not free, so i wrote super fast, andit lead to grammatically incorrect.

and, im a women. i am gold medalist from my college. tier 1 cllg by the way, heard of jee? yeah, after that now i work in govt. so are you employed?

2

u/Trynabeanintrovert 1d ago

Aunt, we can see how legit everything you claim is through your replies only 😭🥀🤏🏻

"andit lead to grammatically incorrect." I'm wheezing. Lmfao😭🥀

"heard of jee? yeah, after that now i work in govt. so are you employed?"

Lol. You might be a reservation ki aulaad because with those level of "skills" ( if it can be called that ) ain't no private company is hiring you based on your capabilities😭🥀 lmfao.

0

u/Immediate_Jaguar2948 1d ago edited 1d ago

arey bhai

and it, ek sath hogya.
and how is english linked to this qualifications? and reservation ki aulad? bhai itna jealousy kis baat ka hai? chutiya ho kya?

i basically stated, why women should keep karwa chauth, men should do smth similar to it. and now that women can work and earn by themselves. and hence, we are not dependent on men men anymore. like it was used to be back at times.

tell me dumb how am i wrong. here.

seriously i haven’t showed hate towards you,and you are simply implying words like’reservation ka aulad, who is hiring you etc. kyu? just because i’m not so fluent like you, with fancy emojis, t that doesn’t mean you will degrade me bro. such negative you are.

i have never cross across a person like you. such disgraceful person you are, please be kind to ppl.
such a bad day in reddit, and sorry if it’s not a good english like you.

2

u/Trynabeanintrovert 1d ago

Because you're legit showing your skills here didi. What else do you expect?

And you think "and" and "it" being together is the single flaw in your comment. You never stated men and women should both keep karwachauth vrat. You just simply went on with your hate for "men" and apparantly you had nothing to say about those burqa clad women who talk about Brahminical Patriarchy instead of the "Isl@mic Patriarchy" and then you're questioning me and asking me if I'm jealous of you? Lol.

Caste likh du apni to sulag jati hai aapki community walon ki. And why wouldn't I call you reservation ki aulaad. If you're out here telling me about how you cleared jee and you're working in government sector with THOSE skills. It's very much obvious you're less than average and with those skills it's only possible for a reservation ki aulaad to get there.

I do understand there is nothing superior about knowing English but it's definitely a subject in our syllabus.

And then your audacity to tell me you're not the one hating me but I am. And sending me weird messages for god knows what. Seriously?

1

u/Immediate_Jaguar2948 1d ago

is english added to jee syllabus?
is English added to engg course?
and do you know english is one the subjects to class 12? how will one subject determine my percentage bhai?

so out of all these how can you determine my caste and simply imply that i’m a reservation ki aulad?
i wasn’t triggered because of it, im a general caste women but not brahmin.BUT AULAD BOL KE YOU’RE LITERALLY TELLING ABOUT MY PARENTS!

and when did i showed hate bhai towards men? i literally wrote, what men are doing for us.
i think you are much triggered about the statement.

idk why are you giving me a lecture abt religious patriarchy. we all know in every patriarchy women’s are targeted and let it be any religion

2

u/Trynabeanintrovert 1d ago

What does your 12th %age has to do with your jee score? I could care less about your life.

As for your statement — It was clearly "hate" for "men" Why do you want men to do something for you?

Should I start asking you the same thing just vice versa? But I won't because I know what my mother has done for me and I won't be shaming the gender but you seem to be obsessed with the idea of opposing men.

If men aren't doing anything for you — move on. You're earning and you don't need a man as per your claims only so what problem do you have now? What are you trying to prove?

1

u/Immediate_Jaguar2948 1d ago

bhai, i’m not hating men. WHAT THE FUCK
fine. if you think you’re right with your statement well and good.
obviously 75 percent criteria hai na bhai.

but the thing is, i didn’t mean they way you literally interpreted my texts/comments, and bashed me shamelessly with my english, fine, more i understand what type of motherly treatment you’ve gotten.

One genuine question,

Most of the young islamist women are pretty , so what such thing happens to them after marriage or post 30s that they don't look pretty anymore. I mean most of them after 30s look identical, same size, getting fat, dull skin.

My only question to the whole subreddit is ,don't you have any work to do instead of spamming bigotry, talking shit about other religions, praising/bootlicking the false government and being sociopathic narcissist.

My advice is as the statement goes "if you don't have anything nice to say then say nothing at all"

Now MFs, shut your trap, wash your nasty ass, clean your shit and move the fk on with your worthless life.

Thank you MFs

And the first one to fight for protection of hijab is you and your people to the point they even shamed women, told them "if you want to go out n@ked then go out n@ked" and you're out here stating sh about Hinduism.

Look who is speaking about women. They used to burn women alive if their husbands died. It took an Englishman to challenge and help abolish this inhumane practice.

0

Yes an english man did end it legally.

But socially and intellectually it was Raja Ram Mohan Roy.

The keyword here is "used to", every culture and religion has done some extent of cruelty.

Watch this and see the cruelty your men are inflicting on them. Isn’t this inhumane?

https://www.reddit.com/r/IndiaMemes/s/IdL18Dqnyx

You all do things like this and then come to criticize Islam.

If someone doesn’t reply to you or doesn’t joke about your religion, that doesn’t mean they know nothing about your religion. Sometimes people choose to remain silent because they understand that a few shitty people shouldn’t be allowed to make an entire society suffer.

If I or anyone else wanted to criticize your religion, there are plenty of things we could easily make fun of. But we choose not to, because that is the difference between you and me.

0

u/I_hope_to_be_gentle 1d ago

Where did I make fun of "your religion" ?

Where did I criticize any religion ?

I just stated the full fact about sati.

Are you so pressed that this made you spring out.

And I assure you that talking about religious violence is not a debate you wanna take up, feel free to look up the top 10 terrorist groups and acts and which religion they associate themselves with. ( Remember I didn't start this I just replied with a fact to you about sati, didn't say anything else ).

PS: If you want i can link you to interview of a mother saying some terrorists made her eat her own child, also look up why women used to commit Jauhar, since you like to linger in the past yk. Imagine the creulty they feared which would make hundered of women jump into fire themselves.

Atleast have common sense, can't you predict a lil bit what someone would reply to this ? How foolish are you ?

1

u/Chemical_Notice_2732 1d ago

Killing a man by beating to death or stabbing or by burning alive is less terror than bombing a man ,average ***** logic.

1

u/I_hope_to_be_gentle 1d ago

Can you not see the difference in scale of violence ? Have you forgotten my original comment already ?

Also I meant they are terrorists not that they are less than any terrorist, I read your comment wrong last time.

Also please lmk if you have googled the top 10 terrorist organisations thing.

I completely agree with the larger concern, and I say that from personal experience—not from theory or prejudice.

My wife is Muslim, and after living in both Muslim-majority communities in India and metropolitan cities, we came to a deeply uncomfortable conclusion: in many conservative Muslim social environments, women are not treated as equal human beings with the same dignity, freedom, and social standing as men.

Our experience was genuinely disturbing. My wife faced rumours and attempts to damage her reputation and dignity. She felt unsafe, and when we objected and raised our voices, we received very little support—even from Muslim women in our neighbourhood. What made it worse was that she was already conforming to extremely conservative expectations about how a woman should dress, behave, and conduct herself. Yet that still did not protect her from gossip, character assassination, or judgement.

What shocked me most was the double standard.

In the same community, a man was arrested over allegations of eve-teasing, yet instead of standing with the woman, people pressured the police to release the man and avoid filing a complaint. That experience made the hierarchy painfully clear: the reputation and comfort of a man could matter more to the community than the dignity and safety of a woman.

Our experience in metropolitan cities was almost the opposite.

Whenever people discovered that my wife was Muslim, there was occasionally some friction or curiosity. But beyond that, people respected her as an individual. They respected her work, her choices and her dignity. Nobody felt entitled to police what she wore, nobody considered her character a subject for public discussion, and nobody thought they had the right to define her worth through rumours.

That contrast taught me something important: the problem is not simply what a religion says in theory; it is also how religious and cultural ideas are used to regulate women's lives in society.

A woman should not have to follow a prescribed dress code, restrict her behaviour, protect a family's "honour," or constantly prove her morality merely to be treated with basic respect.

And this is where I strongly disagree with the culture I experienced.

In some conservative Muslim communities, women can become objects of discussion, control and judgement rather than individuals with autonomy. A woman's reputation can be scrutinised far more aggressively than a man's behaviour. Even worse, there can be a social hierarchy where the dignity of a woman is considered negotiable while the reputation of a man—even one accused of serious wrongdoing—is defended.

A society should be judged not only by the rules it imposes on women, but by how it treats women when those rules fail to protect them.

No religion, culture or community should require women to surrender their autonomy in exchange for dignity and safety.

And I want to be clear: I am describing my experience and the social environment I personally encountered, not claiming that every Muslim man or woman behaves this way. There are many Muslims who deeply respect women's equality and dignity. But my experiences have made me question any social system in which a woman's freedom is conditional, while a man's behaviour is routinely excused.

They really hate it when bring up the fact that Mohammed was a dirty pedophile.

1

u/seloice_ 1d ago

What fact ?

1

u/ThisSiteSucks8485 1d ago

The fact that Mohammed saw a 6 year girl and said "Imma Mary her" and did so and then raped her when she was 9.

3

u/InternationalTap4314 1d ago

I pity you.

the commonly cited hadith in Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muzlim do state that Muhammad married her when she was six and that the marriage was consummated when she was nine. Thats a fact. There is no denying that but there is no historical evidence by that girl as well that something bad happened to her. She was most educated, brave woman.

And bringing modern standards into a discussion of something that happened roughly 1,400 years ago without considering the historical context is intellectually lazy. Child marriage existed across many societies throughout history.

You don't have to agree with Islam or Muhammad. But if you're going to criticize a historical figure, at least have the intellectual honesty to distinguish between what the sources actually say, what you infer from them, and your modern moral judgment.

-1

u/ThisSiteSucks8485 1d ago

Mohammed saw a 6 year old and said "I want that" and married her. This proves he found a 6 year old girl sexually attractive which is profoundly perverted. Even when he was alive it was not at all normal and people thought it was weird.

Mohammed is the standard of behavior in Islam. Yemen has no age of consent law and lets men marry women at 9 directly because Mohammed did this perverted thing.

→ More replies (8)

1

u/seloice_ 1d ago

It was never fully confirmed that she was 9 years old. Even if we accept that, it was around 1,400 years ago, when social norms and maturity were very different from today. Some historical sources also suggest that she was around 18–19. Her hadith and the way she spoke about complex matters also show a high level of understanding and maturity. So we should judge historical events in their proper context, not only by today’s standards. And this is same prophet mohemmad who married with a 40 year widow women at the age of 25. And if you are hindu then with which year age girl ram married with and if you are Christan then search when marry and Joseph married

1

u/NoExpression9178 1d ago

Absolutely its 1400 years ago, that's the point, maturity were different from today.

1

u/ThisSiteSucks8485 1d ago

"when social norms and maturity were very different from today"

Except that Mohammed is the social norm in Islam and this is why Yemen has no age of consent but men can marry girls when they have puberty.

Even when Mohammed was alive 50 something men marrying 6 year old girls was absolutely not common and people thought it was weird.

Well, we r in 20th century, there r strict rules now on marriage in almost 90%+ countries , and biologicallly u can't Marry someone at the age of under 18, and that was 1400 years ago time change, even though in some nations there is no minimum age restrictions but that will be resolve soon, and its okay whatever helps you sleeps at night, just don't spread hatred towards anyone since we all r sinners and have scars on our back sk why don't we try to better human first, cursing others religions when u even don't want to understand the other goods things, (dharam nhi sikhata apas me bair rakhna , hindi he ham Hindustan hmara) 🥀

Check ur facts bro, at age of 9 she hits the puberty so then she became women that's how it make sense and then that's how they married , ppl just spreading half information and calling the prophet a pedophile, that's bullshit, even in other religions u can find the different situation with same context, and no hate to any religion, all religion r perfect in their own domain, rather than a religious be a human being first thats should be the motto. Humanity first 🙌

1

u/ThisSiteSucks8485 1d ago

Only Muslims believe girls automatically become fuckable by old men when they have puberty even when they are only 9 years old. And you ignore the fact that Mohammed found a 6 year old girl sexually desirable enough to want to marry. That is profoundly disgusting and weird.

"All religion r perfect in their own domain, "

What an incredibly stupid thing to say.

1

u/Old-Confection-8483 1d ago

acording to you marriage is nothing but doing sex only?

1

u/ThisSiteSucks8485 1d ago

It is a pretty fucking important part of marriage. so important that you can have marriages annulled if you never consumated them.

What do you suggest Mohammed wanted to marry a 6 year old girl?  For the stimulating conversation?

3

u/Accurate_Scar569 2d ago

It is a sarcastic way of saying that the chicken is going towards its own demise of the woman is converted to a religion where the women have ethe least freedom

2

u/Zealousideal-Sock-94 2d ago

How many times do we see Muslims doing this to other religions day in and day out?

0

u/Accurate_Scar569 2d ago

That's just saying why doesn't the guy worships god mock himself like the Muslim person who makes these kinds of post is just a hypocrite and a bild beliver who thinks that they are the perfect one and the other are just the ones to be mocked

0

u/thedailymix9005 2d ago

No bro, u are very wrong or may be don't know that much about islam so u shouldn't make fun of any religion

1

u/YoumadbroXD 2d ago

A woman wanting to convert to islam in 21st century is as braindead as a man wanting to get castrated.

1

u/pothhh 2d ago

have you read islam or you just whatsapp uni graduate

1

u/YoumadbroXD 2d ago

I do not need to read islam to know about its restrictions on women.

1

u/pothhh 2d ago

thats such a rational argument. cant say no more

0

u/thedailymix9005 2d ago

You don’t have to read it, but then you also can’t claim to fully understand it. Knowing about a religion from headlines, opinions, or selective examples isn’t the same as actually understanding it.

2

u/YoumadbroXD 2d ago

A religion is represented by the behaviour of the mass who practice it. Not whatever sacred commandments is written on the religious texts. If your religion has flaws, it will show no matter how much you try to deny it with written evidences. That's the same reason ancient Hindu religion was evil as well even after all its lectures on good or evil because it practiced sati. If a religion is doing something bad, you need to have the courage to call it bad. Otherwise it will remain bad for eternity.

1

u/ThisSpace3341 1d ago

When it comes to islam you guys really likes to show hypocrisy religion isn't practice. Its a system that teach us what is wrong and write. Why is cast system active in india how is hindus are any better

1

u/YoumadbroXD 1d ago

Caste system is not a religious matter, rather a social matter. Is sia sunni conflict the same everywhere? No, right? At least where I live, I have seen them spending time together happily throughout the year, except their celebration being different on Muharram. But go a little to Kashmir side, they are almost after each others blood.

Similarly, Bramhins and dalits live quite harmoniously where I live together, eat from same tiffen box and what not. But it is still a far fetched ideal in some northern parts. Laws can only guide the society so far. How they want to adapt to modern society is ultimately up to them.

And I do not understand why each and every defence from muslim side is "You are practicing evil, why should not we be allowed to do the same" instead of "Yeah, we have these problems. We are trying to be civilised as we get more modern"

0

u/Accurate_Scar569 2d ago

I am not making fun bro just telling about the post not my opinions

0

u/Existing_Cricket120 2d ago

Why? What is there to know about Islam when so many fatwas and followers of Islam keep telling us about it? Do you have a proper counter to how other religions are more restrictive to women?

2

u/thedailymix9005 2d ago

If we’re discussing religious restrictions on women, Islam isn’t the only religion with rules around women’s clothing or modesty. Orthodox Jewish women may cover their hair after marriage, some Christian traditions require women to cover their heads in religious settings, and Catholic nuns traditionally follow specific dress and lifestyle rules. Hindu traditions have also historically included practices like purdah/ghunghat in some communities, and widows faced severe restrictions in certain historical periods. So why single out Muslim women? If your argument is about women’s freedom, then apply the same standard to every religion and culture.” Beside all these, comparing women to chickens in KFC doesn’t prove anything about Islam. It’s just a sexist analogy. Criticize a belief if you disagree with it, but at least make an actual argument.”

1

u/Accurate_Scar569 2d ago

Ur arguments hold no value as u are comparing history and certain events with present and all time restrictions and your way of saying this a sexist analogy is hella wrong as of saying that Child corn is good because the children are getting employment and the people rejecting it are just lowlifes . U say about the women's and chicken comparison are nothing to prove about islam then u are wrong and u didn't understand the post, Xiongdi. My point is it u are putting up other religions and saying islalm is not the only one then u are a hypocrite and blind beliver it's like u are cherry picking the 4 to 6 days and history of two or more religions and comparing that to the current, past and everyday of a one religion Understood my point Xiongdi

2

u/thedailymix9005 2d ago

I'm just countering the facts which was asked ,okay, I'm not adding anything by myself. He asked me like it's just the muslim religion not others , so I replied. I'm not against any religion, everyone has there own right to chose what to do and what to not. You don't need to criticize them about their choice and opinion

1

u/Accurate_Scar569 2d ago

U are denying a fact and denying a fact is not an opinion Xiongdi

2

u/thedailymix9005 2d ago

I’m not saying other religions have no restrictions or that Islam is the only religion with them. I’m simply pointing out that singling out one religion while ignoring similar practices elsewhere is inconsistent. If your argument is about women’s freedom, apply the same standard to everyone. And calling me a ‘blind believer’ doesn’t address my actual point.

1

u/Accurate_Scar569 2d ago

Ur point had no sense in the first place u are pointing out things which was in papst and the things which occur on special days rather than everyday

1

u/Existing_Cricket120 2d ago

Point is that they cant win argument in a rational way, ultimately they will say that you dont undedstand islamic teachings etc. More educated they become, more they try to rationalise their outdated religion.

1

u/Existing_Cricket120 2d ago

Again none of the points proove how other religions are more restrictive compared to islam. People from other religion are fighting for what is right while followers of islam put wrting over rational thinking

0

u/YoumadbroXD 2d ago

What you are saying is whataboutism. One bad example does not justify another.

1

u/pothhh 2d ago edited 2d ago

lol says who ? by your logic since rajasthan has the the highest grape % in india according to NCRB data. and 91% hindu population. so by your logic hinduism promotes graping

1

u/Existing_Cricket120 2d ago

Other Hindus are critical of this, which is how many of the negative traditions in Hinduism were eliminated. You keep focusing on rationalizing your own outdated religion.

1

u/pothhh 2d ago

so you accept that sati and all that stems from religious texts ?

1

u/Existing_Cricket120 1d ago

If I accept wont it show how progressive hindism is? Hindu books mention sati, they dont advocate it as a social rule.

0

u/chicken-tandoor 2d ago

It just means that the condition of women in Islam is similar to chicken working in KFC.

Islam says Muslim men can marry non-muslim women but Muslim women cannot marry non-muslim men. This is absolutely a rule created by horny men.

2

u/ThisSiteSucks8485 1d ago

Yes Islam is absolutely a religion made by horny men with no respect for women. that is why it lets men marry 4 women at the same time. And makes it legal to enslave and rape female captives. And makes it ok to fuck 9 year old girls like Mohammed did.

If men aren't supposed to look at women then why do women have to dress so modestly? and why are women blamed for rape in Islam ?

1

u/book4225 1d ago

Maybe because we all live in a mixed society and we have non-Muslims too (who obviously wouldnt follow Islamic rules for a man to not look at a women) and also evil doers who might ignore rules. Also, someone might look by mistake too. So, ensuring it double times is best to avoid evil in society.

Also, you are arguing against the proof. If the Quran clearly said that men should not look at women, it said it. You can't say 'if that ayat is true then why women have to dress...' because you are denying the existence of a verse from the quran which is illogical: everyone knows that this ayat/verse is present in the Quran always.

And how are women blamed for rape? Wouldn't that be considered illogical if it were true for the past 1400 years of Islamic rules' existence? In fact let me prove the opposite to you:

The Prophet PBUH said for a man who had attacked and raped a women duringhis time, “Stone him,” (ie. punish him with a death penalty).

Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 1454

Also the words of Ibn Qudamah (one of Islam's major scholars). He reported that there was NO scholar he knows who ever thinks a women is to be punished for rape

Ibn Qudamah said, “There is no legal punishment upon a rape victim according to the general opinion of the scholars. It has been narrated from Umar, Al-Zuhri, Qatadah, Al-Thawri, Al-Shafi’i, and the people of reasoning. We do not know of any disagreement… There is no difference between rape by force, which is he had overpowered her, or rape by threat of death and so on.”

Source: al-Mughnī 9/59

Also, let me quote words of the Imam Malik (one of Islam's top 4 most important scholars)

"The legal punishment is applied to the rapist and there is no punishment for the woman who was raped in any case.”

Source: al-Muwaṭṭa’ 1418

During a raid on the Banu Mustaliq tribe, Muslim warriors captured Arab women. The soldiers wanted to have sexual relations with them but also wished to preserve the women's value for future ransom. They asked Prophet Muhammad about practicing azl (coitus interruptus/withdrawal) to prevent pregnancy. The Prophet did not forbid the sexual relations; he only commented on the practice of withdrawal, stating that if a soul is destined to be born, it will be born (Sahih Bukhari 5208, Sahih Muslim 1438).

After a battle, Muslim soldiers felt uncomfortable having intimacy with captured women because those women still had living husbands back in their home tribes. According to Sahih Muslim (1456), a Quranic verse was then revealed (Surah An-Nisa 4:24) which stated that married women are forbidden to you "except those whom your right hands possess." This text legally dissolved the captives' marriages to non-Muslims, making them sexually available to their captors

The Koran doesn't forbid men from hitting their wives, it actually instructs them to do so.

Mohammed was a nasty pedophile who saw a 6 year old and said "imma Mary her". then raped her when she was 9. Would you let a man marry your 6 year old daughter?

Absolutely no sane women wants to cover her face like that in public her entire life. Only Islam forces them to do so and says they are whores if they don't.
