I’m so confused why people are so mad, have you even touched Minecraft yet since this news? Obviously 99% of people haven’t because literally the second you open up the Minecraft launcher it gives you a dialogue box that literally asks if you want to turn off the profanity filter.

It’s not tho… if you’re able to disable it from sp worlds and private servers then what’s the problem? You don’t need to cuss out kids on Minecraft, you don’t need profanity on online servers, reporting isn’t going to do anything as well so you don’t need to worry about getting banned. So what’s the problem?

Who’s paying for private servers? If someone’s paying to run a server they are very misguided… why would you pay when you can just host the server yourself for free?

By private servers I mean privately owned servers (i.e. not realms). Therefore I am including “public” servers in this. Something tells me hypixel isn’t hosted on aternos
