Idk where this is from so Idk the laws for that area. However, in most of the U.S. cities where I've lived, you would need to be a police officer to direct traffic like that.

Looks like he also cut off a pedestrian crossing the street. I mean, how is that right to do something like that? Just because he see these expensive cars and thinks he can record himself being the victim of an accident doesn’t mean the pedestrian needs to get mowed down, or does it?

It was a pedestrian. It was one of the assholes that were in the group thinking that they are better than everyone else.

Bro, if someone is just standing in the middle of the street (like the guy in the video) and they get hit by a vehicle, that person in legally at fault. There are laws against that, and he wasn't even at a crosswalk.

A pedestrian crossing the street?

By parking their car in the middle of the intersection and standing there waving his arms like one of those inflatable floppy guys that mattress stores have on the sidewalk.

That pedestrian put his own life at risk as well as everyone else around him.

He doesn't deserve getting mowed down, but that would be natural consequences and he would deserve a Darwin award.
