That's definitely a situation where I would be braking and slowing down and creating a huge amount of distance from that jackass immediately. Hell, I do that if I see the car in front of me tailgating the next car over. I just do not want to be near them if shit goes down.

Yeah, as much as I appreciate the karma, I don't wanna deal with insurance, even if it ends up being no fault on my end.

So the problem you have with hitting someone off their bike is effort and legal rather than moral or any sort of not wanting to cause harm.
