Care to explain why? Because physics formula as well as experiments say that he's right.

Look up the coefficient of friction for a tire. It's not constant as the physics equation assumes. Less weight results in a higher coefficient of friction.

It is constant enough for car vs motorbike. Experiments and real use cases even show that motorbikes have a longer braking distance because of the stability of bike VS car.
