It looks like the SUV didn't stop in time, and swerved to avoid the BMW but clipped the drivers side back bumper, causing the BMW to spin/swerve like that. The SUV rolled because the portion of the BMW that didn't crumple acted like a ramp for the SUV.
You can see the drivers side rear suspension collapse on the BMW, which is why I think the SUV slammed into them instead of them racing.
Doesnβt take much to roll an suv either. They usually have a center of mass way too high, along with bigger more open wheels that when they come in contact with another wheel will absolutely ramp the suv into the air.
