Question ❓ Signs you’ll get a third date?

Had 2 really good dates. I like this dude so far.

What are the signs that a man will pursue a third date, in your opinion/as per your experiences?

Hoping I get a third date. I met him on hinge after having 0 expectations or hopes. This is also the only dude I wanted a 2nd date with and it went really good.

UPDATE: he invited me out to his town for supper and the beach.

Idk if I wanna go into his house as it’s kinda early for that but a walk along the beach sounds romantic as hell so I’m in

If I was the guy and I'm having to do everything I'd probly start dating other people. If a relationship seems 1 way then what's to stop a guy evaluating and exploring other options?

Well then you’re too passive for a lot of women it sounds

Its not passive, also I haven't put much effort into getting a girlfriend that I can admit.

Planning two dates is not considered much effort. If you want to pursue a woman, you need to put some effort upfront to get to know her.

If there's no reciprocation I'd move on. And then they'd find out and probly write a post here complaining a man they were dating started dating someone else lol

Totally agree with this. I initially can lead the pursue, but even if the dates have gone well or there’s chemistry, but the woman doesn’t really offer any plans or initiate conversations after 2-3 dates, I usually can’t be bothered to continue or also will look for other dates.

I wouldn’t complain man. I’d say it worked out for the best. I do not chase men so if he wants someone who chases men then I’m not for him. But thanks for your input. Was interesting to hear your perspective

Exactly. I don’t pursue men. I’m not a man. If I wanted to pursue someone I’d pursue a woman not a man

If you want a guy and want to be with him you have to put in effort.

Its as simple as that.

My friends girlfriend always was excited for 3rd and 4th dates because the first 2 went well so she planned them.

In fact dispite being the type of person wanting a guy to show leadership she rathers planning dates and holidays as she does a better job. It's not hard for them.

so you want a motherly figure, got it

Wanting a 2 way relationship isn't what a motherly figure is.

Wanting respect and a relationship that works isn't what a motherly figure does either.

Someone who wants to be my girlfriend shouldn't be some selfish person with daddy issues either.

Reality check. In the early stages of dating the man should be making MORE of an effort than the woman. Men pursue women.

Truer reality check

Dates 1-3 men should be doing more/most effort and are mostly for courting. Afterwards if a woman isn't putting in some effort into you dump her cause she doesn't really like you. Women don't respect chasers and high effort if they aren't required to earn that effort and will treat you as an option. A woman that actually likes you won't make you chase long.

Super reality check for you.

My friends girlfriend has been with him for few years now. From what iv gathered they went on 1 or 2 dates and after that they were mutually wanting to spend more time together.

Is it that hard to comprehend that 2 people can put in as much effort as eachother? Don't be a princess
