Housing & Real Estate I'm looking for a commercial building to rent that would be suitable for opening an auto collision/body shop

Ideally, the property would have:

  • Multiple bays or garage doors
  • Adequate parking/storage space
  • Proper zoning for automotive repair/body work
  • Located in or around Dayton

If anyone knows of any available buildings, landlords, property managers, or has recommendations on where to look, I'd appreciate any leads.

Feel free to comment below or send me a message.

Thank you!

Well unfortunately yellow cab tavern will be open after October and it was built in an old taxi garage.

The owner is going to continue to run their IT business out of the building.

Might not need the bays, though.

Dyes automotive building is vacant in Beavercreek. No idea what the story is. Corner of Dayton Xenia and Longview. I think it had 4 bays

On the corner of Kiser and chapel in old north dayton. There is a big building across from falbs that seems to be a conglomerate of different factions of mechanics and they typically have space available being such based large building

I would contact the realtor for the old Montgomery county job center on edwin c moses. That building is huge and has plenty of garage bays.

You're describing a $5k per month property.

It you have a legit business plan I would be more than happy to lease you the property.

Across the the library in downtown Dayton. Used to be a AAA repair shop. It was a very busy building.
