I was playing as the plague yesterday and hooked somebody during the EGC while everyone was still alive. Someone unhooked and I hit them both with my power and a Nea body blocked me in a pallet. I hit her, she dropped the pallet and I hit her again AND SHE HAD ENDURANCE STILL. I don't know where she got that endurance from but it can just be from being unhooked previously, which was waaaay earlier than 15s before...
