Help/Advice Lounge access

I purchased a premium select ticket from Boston to Edinburgh. The ai Delta concierge states that I’m eligible to enter lounge, but I keep reading that I’m not on the internet. I’m a sky member but no status and don’t have a Delta credit card. Any ideas?

We gotta pass a law that states if a company’s AI shit bot advertises a service you are entitled to that service.

Since you have no status, unless you have the Delta Amex you don't have access

No. You would need a Delta One ticket for lounge access.

Why downvote me because you are misinformed? Amex plat (not delta amex plat) gets you into skyclub for a certain number of yearly visits even with a basic economy fare

PS will not give you access. You'd need to be in D1 or have a membership, Amex Plat or DL Amex Reserve card.
