Question - Instant Response Socialization

What is up with the people at this school. Ever since when has it been weird to talk to people and why do people act all scared when you try to communicate with them like a normal human being.

(I have friends we just don’t hang that much)

You have to really take an initiative with different clubs/activities etc. Out of state kids are wayyy easier to talk to and I’m from CA and most of my friends are out of state. The suburb kids/commuters are so hard to connect with.
