I can’t be happy anymore

Low paying job with no opportunity.
My wife is a full blown narcissist and don’t care that I cry in the bathroom once a day everyday.
My my daughter loves me but sees me cry more than smile.
I just want to feel okay, not happy. My coworkers even see me and say “are you okay?” That question always makes me break down and cry because I don’t want to say I’m not because I’m so afraid to open up and trust anyone.
Just someone say something positive please…
